# Admin Dashboard Modules

The Admin Dashboard is built using standard HTML, CSS (Bootstrap/Tailwind-style), and Native PHP MVC.

## Design Aesthetic
- **Colors**: Clean white background with primary blue `#0d6efd` (or similar) accents.
- **Layout**: Modern responsive sidebar on the left, top navbar for profile/logout, and main content area.
- **Components**: Rounded cards, soft shadows, responsive tables with filters, and clear status badges.

## Modules List

### 1. Dashboard
- Overview of key metrics (Total Customers, Vendors, Active Contracts).
- Shortcut widgets indicating pending approvals (Vendors, Maids, Documents).
- Latest activity feed.

### 2. Customers
- List of all registered customers with search and pagination.
- Actions: View details, Activate, Block, Delete.

### 3. Vendors
- List of companies/agencies.
- Actions: View profile, Approve/Reject application, Suspend/Activate, Verify status.

### 4. Vendor Documents
- Review queue for uploaded trade licenses and certifications.
- Actions: View file, Approve, Reject with remarks.

### 5. Maids
- Global list of all maids.
- Actions: View profile, Approve/Reject, Suspend, Hide/Publish.

### 6. Maid Documents
- Review queue for maid passports, visas, medical certificates.
- Actions: View file, Approve, Reject.

### 7. Interviews
- Master view of all scheduled, pending, and completed interviews.
- Actions: View details, Cancel, Mark Complete.

### 8. Quotation Requests & Quotations
- Read-only tracking of what customers are requesting and what vendors are quoting.

### 9. Contracts
- List of all system contracts.
- Actions: View details, Admin Approve (if required), Cancel.

### 10. Subscriptions
- Manage `subscription_plans` and features.
- Track vendor subscriptions (start/end dates, status).
- Actions: Manually activate or cancel subscriptions.

### 11. Ads
- Manage `ad_packages`.
- Track vendor requested ads.
- Actions: Approve, Reject, Expire ads.

### 12. Payments
- Global ledger of all transactions.
- Actions: View details, Mark as Paid (manual flow), Process Refund.

### 13. CMS
- Manage Dynamic App Content: Sliders, Onboarding Screens, Home Sections, FAQs, App Settings.

### 14. Lookups
- CRUD interface for system constants: Countries, Cities, Nationalities, Languages, Specialties, Skills, Service Models, Accommodation Types, Interview Platforms.

### 15. Notifications
- Broadcast panel to send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging to all or specific users.

### 16. Support
- Built-in ticketing system to reply to customer and vendor queries.
- Actions: View thread, Reply, Close ticket.
